JMG employ a local workforce to help manufacture our products and to deliver quality solutions to our customers worldwide. Our manufacturing division assemble control panels, wiring harnesses and associated control and accessory equipment.

The company uses Lean manufacturing techniques developed from TPM (Total Production Maintenance), 5 S philosophy, applied across our dedicated work cells. All staff are trained in the basics of these practices as well as quality awareness.

As an accredited ISO company all our products are designed and manufactured to meet ISO9001:2008 requirements, and our manufacturing processes are regularly audited as part of the requirement, both as part of our own accreditation and quite a few customers on a regular basis.
